After 6-9 months implementation, we don't expect there won't be any subsequent work. Problem solving will be the main theme in this scope. During the Go-Live Stage, clients surely encountered general or specific problems regarding the system monitoring, we are capable of providing them with both telephone assistance and on-site help. Apart from this, we will deliver some reviews on the evaluation of goals set to be attained in Phase 1, seeing whether they have been attained and the reasons explained for the results.
